We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer preference.

Please review all product photos, sizing, condition, descriptions, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item.

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Product Condition

Sneak Peek Luxury may sell both brand-new and select pre-owned merchandise. Product condition will be indicated in the product listing when applicable.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the listed condition before purchasing.

Authenticity

Every item sold by Sneak Peek Luxury is guaranteed authentic. We do not sell counterfeit or replica merchandise.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you contact us before fulfillment begins, we may be able to assist, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
